Group Coaching
Coaching is unique and there is no one size fits all approach. Like you and life, we have a variety of options in everything, and coaching is no different. One option is group coaching.
Group coaching is for people wanting to take their life to the next level. It provides an opportunity to work with a group of people at the same time who are interested in achieving similar goals.
While one-to-one coaching is highly effective for working with people who wish to transform their lives, it has its limitations, which group coaching can help to overcome.
Group coaching is an effective technique working with a group of people to build their wellbeing, strengths, self-effectiveness, career, leadership and more.

- Step by step blueprint to work though
- Access to shared experience and wisdom
- Shared accountability to help you keep a focus on your goals
- More affordable solution.
How does group coaching occur?
- Virtually via Zoom, on the phone, or in person
- Weekly or fortnightly, when at the interview stage you may like more to practice for the meeting.
Is group coaching right for me?
The choice is yours and depends on what you want and when you want it. You may prefer to work and learn with and from a group, or you might prefer one-on-one coaching. Or you can combine both and supercharge your learning with the group and individual coaching program. Other contributing factors could be your availability, the topic area, or budget, and simply life happening. You need to choose what is right for you and then the coach will help you on the right path. Not sure still, talk to the coach.
